Thought I'd add my thoughts on Tae since there's a debate going on (and like the other anon I just wanna say that I love your work and this isn't criticism! I love that the characters are complex and have flaws because humans are like that). I like Tae, I think it's obvious how much he genuinely loves his brother and wants what's best for him. The scene where they were cuddling and YG confided in him was so sweet!

But I do agree that Tae is babying YG a little too much, which they talked a bit about and he did recognize that iirc? And so I like that fact, but I think he does still have to work on it a bit. But I also think that YG is at fault bc they haven't had enough of a conversation about that. I get Tae is a big bro and that they have a bit of an age gap but the gap isn't /that/ big, so while I get it, I also think it's important to note that it's on YG to communicate and establish boundaries with his brother about how he wants to be treated. So, basically, I think they just need to talk a bit more about things in general lol

And, I think it's fair that YG doesn't want to talk too much about his boyfriend or introduce him to his brother, because they're relationship is really new and they're allowed to have time for themselves to settle into things. The problem in their case is that YG's boyfriend is his brother's best friend. Obviously the way they started seeing each other isn't the best, especially since they kept it a secret, but things are going well now and there are genuine feelings on both sides so I think once they explain all of that, Tae will understand. He'll still be hurt, which is totally valid, but I don't think he's the type to have a huge blow up and want them to break up or to stop being close with either of them. Tae is more mature than that, and he genuinely loves both YG and JK and wants them to be happy, imo

Ok, so… idk if im biased on every universe with Th, but come on, people are being way too harsh just cause Ykk are the main couple, and I get it, I also want them to be all happy, no drama, but i dont think that a proper history should revolve around only two characters and their feelings
I really love that you give voice to all of them, cause it helps to get better into the history and the characters
And that’s why i understand Th, Yg IS his little brother, doesn’t matter that he’s an adult, he’ll always be his little brother, and is NOT necessary to have a huge background or a traumatic experience for him to love and want to protect his brother, that how humans work irl. Also, Jk IS his best friend, his closest friend, someone he also loves and trust (and he has let ua see that he actually trusts him and believes is a wonderful person) so ofc he’ll question or/and will feel bad if he’s not close anymore ESPECIALLY if he doesn’t now the reason
Th is no king for everyone and everything to revolve around him ofc, but hes a human, he can feel bad and insecure when all the people he loves are clearly keeping a secret from him. And you also can’t expect for him to not feel something or not so something if they DONT TALK TO HIM.
When Yg talked to him he was soooo fucking open to just hear and give advice, because he knew i was NOT about him, when Yg actually explained that he didn’t like to be babied, and not just threw a fit like a baby or was just mean, he UNDERSTOOD and changed it, ofc is still his little brother, but once he TALKED to him like an adult, he treated him like an adult
So I do agree that they should talk to him like an adult, not to ask permission as Jin said, but to let him know that they both are adults having a consensual relationship, cause at the end of the day, Th is just as important on their lives as they are to his
(So yeah, no one will judge any character on my watch, especially when they are so well written by our lovely author)

well… this bitch is getting on my nerves since the beginning. he’s treating yoongi like a baby, not even like a child. this is so stupid and out of hand. there are literally no reasons for it??? at least we don’t know any reasons so far. they are not orphans so he’s not a parent role sibling. also nothing bad happened to yoongi in the past, there is literally no point for him to be so overprotective??? yet he acts like a mommy and it’s so fucking annoying to me

but you know what pisses me off the most? the fact that everyone is more concerned about poor sensitive lonely sad tae reaction on yoonkook than yoongi’s feelings. they literally care more about tae than ykk and pressure the boys to tell tae about them. likeeeee THEY’VE JUST STARTED DATING THEY ARE GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER LEAVE THEM FUCKING ALONE ITS NOT TAE BUSINESS. they don’t even let yoonkook set up their relationship properly and want to insert tae in their couple business.
