Hi! You can go into your confirmation email of your application and change your answers, however, at this point in reviewing applications we may not see any changes made so please DM us so we can make sure to take any applications changes into account.

Hi! Yes, all applicants will receive an email whether they have been accepted or not. These emails will be sent to the email addresses that were entered in by the applicants on their application, so if there is any typo then the email won't go through.
If you do not receive an email by May 22nd, please check your spam folders- then if you still haven't found one please feel free to DM us on twitter. But please DO NOT send us any DMs regarding acceptance status until after we indicate that all emails have gone out. Thank you!

Thanks for the question and your interest, gambler! We have greatly exceeded the number of applications the mods predicted by receiving double what we anticipated! We are reworking our final contributor numbers due to the interest in the project being greater than we planned. We unfortunately do not have firm numbers for you at this moment. We do not plan on giving a detailed breakdown of the number of applications after they close.

Hi! I did see that I would need fully rendered pieces for my portfolio. However, I have many ratiorine sketches that might help the mods see my style for ratiorine. Also, I have nsfw examples but they aren’t fully rendered, would I need them to be fully rendered to submit as an nsfw artist?
Hello! We prefer fully rendered pieces, so please showcase your best work for the samples! You are free to submit sketches and non-rendered art in a separate folder as your portfolio if you would like to highlight more of your skills.

I'm confused about timezone can you make sure when is the deadline at GMT8+?
To clarify, applications for writers and artists close at the end of the day at 11:59 PM on May 15 in the ET timezone, which is GMT-4. This would be 3:59 AM GMT on May 16.

how do you plan on dividing the zine profits? isn't the finance mod participating in too many projects to also be the only finance mod for this zine?
Hi! This is Mod Berry here, first of all thanks for the question, I am happy to assuage any worries about the finances and the mod team's bandwidth early. To address the profit split first, zine profits will be split evenly between all contributors and mods at the end of the leftover sales.
As for my personal bandwidth– at the moment, I am currently on the mod team for four zines. By the time preorders open for this project and finances come into play, two of those zines will have concluded. I have planned the schedules carefully to avoid overlap and to not overexert my reach, and I am very firm about not taking on more finance roles than I am able to handle by refusing to actively handle finances for more than two projects at one time.
I hope that this explanation was able to sate any worries regarding this aspect of the project!

Good evening!
I would like to inquire about the application results. According to your carrd website, the results are scheduled for May 22nd. However, I have noticed that you have confirmed some applications on your feed, which makes me wonder if you check and approve some applications before the 22nd. Does this mean that other applications that were suggested alongside the approved ones are rejected?
I'm sorry to bother you with these questions, but I'm really concerned that my application has already been rejected because I know I don't have enough artworks in the HSR or Genshin style as I recently started drawing in these fandoms (also, I really want to contribute to your zine.)

Thank you for reaching out and your interest in our zine! At this time, we have only asked guests to join the project. Those are the spotlights being announced on our page. All applications for contributors are still under review. We will not send results until after applications close. The time a potential contributor applies - on the first day of applications or the last day of applications - will have no impact on if they are accepted or not.
