yes its the 15th! I was going off of what we wrote on the "Timeline" section of the site, so i apologize for the confusion!

okay, but i don’t fall under any of those categories, and if you only have a small number of accounts blocked for pretty big reasons, why would you let me participate in your event still, if your main account blocked me? it doesn’t make sense for me to participate in the career fest when your main account has me blocked
Thank you for your concerns! Because of this, we are going to re-examine the accounts and check for recent behavior, account changes, etc... to determine if any accounts can be unblocked due to current circumstances. Also, as one mod saw briefly on the TL, RLD does not block based on discourse—ever. The most recent blocks were 2 minors from 15th after a raid on the RLD discord server. So, if anyone is worried a block came from an opinion they have, rest assured that opinions are not a consideration when blocking.
Now, if any accounts are not unblocked and are participating in Career Fest, then worry not: The RLDEvents twitter is completely separate account that allows a different set of accounts to follow them. All promotion for events stays there. There is no crossover beyond moderation and nothing is blocked due to it being an uncensored, non-18+ only account. If you do not want to participate due to the overlap in moderation, that is your choice! Either way, we are glad to have you around.

what are the requirements for your account to block someone on here?
We've answered this before, but its always good to go over it again! Reasons for blocking include: you expose nsfvv tweets to sfvv by not censoring. You post sensitive content w/o tagging properly. You have no discernable age in bio.
We've only blocked around 30 accounts. I just reviewed each account to make sure we made no mistakes. If you're blocked, its justified.

Yes! You may use any beta readers you would like. There aren't any restrictions as long as you keep it between you two and don't spoil too much of your work before reveals!

Hi I noticed the prompts are separated into light and NSFW. Does this mean that if we choose a light prompt our fic can't be NSFW?
Light, Dark and NSFW are merely indicators for the content explicitly stated in the prompt. Once you claim a prompt, you can do whatever you want with it. In our fest, a prompt is simply meant to inspire you. Do whatever you want within the stated guidelines.

We will be posting a thread on how to submit. It is not difficult, luckily, but to gently introduce you to it:
1. You would prepare you fic for posting as normal except you’d put in the collection name in the collections slot
2. The collection will automatically hide your fic and keep it anonymous until the collection opens and later when fics are revealed
3. When you come off anonymous, you will update the “publishing date” on your fic so it shows up in recent works
A more detailed thread with photos will be released when we approach submission dates/check-ins. Until then, I hope this explanation eases your worries.

On march 24th-july 11th is when we'll be able to claim a prompt? will there be a form to submit? not sure if this was answered yet, but I didn't see anything about it on your carrd and I'm new to this
Yes, that is the time period where claiming is possible. Yes, there will be a google form where you can make art and writing claims. This is a great question, so thank you for asking!
