Ah, adjusting sleep schedule can be quite challenging. Try gradually going to bed and waking up 30 minutes earlier each day until you reach your desired sleep time. Also, reducing screen time before bed / creating a calming routine might work as well. Ensure your sleeping environment is comfortable. Consistency is the key. I hope it gets better soon. :)
