osdd isnt just having a bit of trauma/having bad memory LOLLL pls do research and take what your ex said with a grain of salt until you have reason to believe you have these things. having osdd/bpd/dpd or any other mental illness is not fun or quirky so just be careful and dont say you have any disorders until you do a good amount of research
