What is a feeling you cannot handle well ïŒ For me it's lonlinessăI get so incredibly lonely && I can barely take care of myself ăSo I have to rely on othersă&& when I'm alone ă&& I have to rely on myself I doubt myself immensely && being to be extremely selfăŒdepricating ăBelieving I can't do ou achieve anythingăIt's always so hard when my Boyfriend leaves after we hang out because a lot of the time it feels like I only have him in my life ăSo when he leaves the pain is unbearable && I will cry for long periods of timeă
for me it used to be loneliness but iâm learning to cope with that ( by stroking my own ego instead of having others do it for me ) but a feeling i canât cope well with is anger . it makes me violent and then i take out that violence on myself .
