omg shokomana!! thank you for asking!! okok I've had a lot of time to think about this

1. Shoko & Manami are like in-laws in the stsg divorce! so of course I think they've heard about each other in the past. Manami's heard great things about Shoko and believes them (and wishes they could recruit someone with such a strong healing technique to the cult...) while Shoko hears some truly awful things about Manami, and doesn't quite believe them.

2. If Shoko has any sort of social media presence, Manami for sure follows her, or at least stalks her page. Gotta know about the enemy, right? right? it doesn't matter if she has pretty lips and dark, enchanting eyes!

3. If they got together pre-jjk0, I think it would have been because they ran into each other someplace, like a coffee shop or a department store or a park, and recognized each other. Like, "aren't you that girl who...?" but then because Shoko wants to avoid conflict with Suguru's cult, she starts talking about something else, and then Manami goes along with it, and they end up getting along quite well.

4. Manami has a more energetic attitude and Shoko is a lot calmer, but they have similar personalities. I feel like they would have fun drinking wine in the evenings together and gossiping about their workdays and would go into dressing rooms together while shopping and hype each other up (+ kiss) about the clothes they're trying on. Like they just enjoy their time together.

5. Manami is easily riled up about things + Shoko's the one who can always calm her down!

6. in a world without curses Manami would have a big social media presence, and is constantly trying to beg Shoko to let her take pictures of her to post there. she doesn't have to beg much tho since Shoko humors her most of the time!!

7. neither of them like cooking very much, but they do enjoy going to restaurants together! they like trying new places but they do have their handful of favorites that they're regulars at

8. painting each others' nails and doing each others' makeup would be a part of their morning routines! standing between the other woman's legs as she sits on the counter and lets her touch her face gently, applying foundation and mascara and contouring, and having to reapply lipstick cause they kissed and it got messed up

9. I feel like Shoko would get too cold at night and Manami would get too warm so they'd have fights over what temperature to keep the bedroom.

The list is getting too long now but those are some of my headcanons for them!! I think about them a lot these days just cause I love fem4fem relationships and they scratch an itch in my brain. Hopefully I'll be writing another piece for them soon!!
