Hello, RR. I was so excited to join your OA but I think you need to think more about time management or the way you handle this in the future.

I know something might suddenly happen even though there's a schedule. I don't mean to rush you, but if you can't do it according to schedule (in this case answering questions), it would be a good idea to inform your future applicants.
