ahh i like this question. i think my favourites for each depend on how far you wanna stretch the definitions of tv show or movie. with a generous application of the term "tv show", that is, a show i watch on my tv, then hfjone by a long shot. if it has to have aired on television specifically, maybe cheers or guess with jess. or digimon!!! beyblade!!!
for favourite movie, again if we're allowing short films (& things part of wider projects, really)then maybe anima (2019)...? it made me cry like a baby, which i really do not do much. i don't know if it's still on netflix - i'm a bit of a luddite in the sense that i do not use streaming services, and if i really wanna watch something thats on one, i just burn it to a dvd. that's how i watch it. if it has to be specifically theatrical or feature-length then maybe my favourite is all dogs go to heaven, or watership down (though thats a book adaptation), or godzilla minus one.
