uruc is my favorite adelta vn I have nothing but good things to say honestly. I was so impressed by the art, music (which krsw composed herself btw), atmosphere, and the cast of characters as a whole. it's really rare for me to walk away from something without hating or mildly disliking a character but uruc did it for me.

imo it shouldn't be taken as seriously as hashihime. the writing does get a bit overwhelming and spastic near the end of each route, but if you just take it at face value and don't put too much effort into trying to make sense of it it's a really good time. I enjoyed how each of the chapters and couples had their own distinct feel and theme artistically as well-- akishou with the yellows and oranges, suzushi with their neons, yomijuu with the much more muted red and black. akishou is adorable, suzushi is really funny and sweet in their kinda fucked up way, yomijuu have their own thing going on (vague bc spoilers). it's super fast paced and funny and somehow manages to be poignant anyway.

shirou, akira, and the collective icaruses are probably my favorite adelta characters period. I loved all the pop culture references, the tokusatsu flair, everything. very beloved vn for me
