i love them so much it’s a really awkward rocky relationship to start of but he really loves her and i think a lot of the love he had for itachi and his family went into her and it’s a reason why he left he was just scared honestly i like the concepts gaiden introduced but they didn’t get a lot of nuance and i think there’s a lot there to be explored
