i cannot fathom enough how much I LOVE your art!!! it's such an inspiration for me, specially when you draw the characters in south asian attire. I get beyond excited whenever i see them AAAHH!! i was curious, i noticed you've also been playing hsr, what's your opinion on aventurine? :3 (totally not asking because he reminds me of kaeya HAHAH)

I have been playing!! I’m super casual at getting thru storyline, so I haven’t finished Penacony yet, BUT! From what I do know and have seen of Aventurine, I love him to bits!!! Haha I can see that! I also see a bit of Tartaglia in him too, which is another character I adore. So all around it’s like that venn diagram meme of what characters have in common with other characters! 🤭

How did you improve your art so fast? It's pretty amazing. The anatomy especially :0
Aw thank you!! Honest to goodness, I think a lot of my improvement came down to utilizing 3D models. Don’t be afraid to play around with them! They help me when it comes to layout and certain angles that are tough to visualize without something to manipulate in that space. It’s a useful tool just like any other brush or program creatives use. There’s such a stigma around using 3D models, but it’s like using those little wooden model people in art!

Aw thank you!! I appreciate the interest so much!! A while back, I was kindly educated that it wasn’t proper or allowed to sell mxtx fanart (which I totally understand and am glad I was told!!) so I don’t have any up on my inprnt. I’m working on some sample prints through another manu, therefore my tgcf fanart will likely become freebies when I do open a cheaper shop ☺️.

Ooo a very good question! In all truthfulness, it’ll be a no. I wouldn’t dare to disrespect anyone or offend anyone by making them desi when they are inferred to be Hmong/Miao and Chinese. When it comes to Haikaveh, the inspo is looser since sumeru draws inspiration from the South Asian region. I wouldn’t feel good about doing that to hualian. This is just my opinion, if anyone else has any other thoughts, especially those of the Eastern Asian diaspora, I’m open to hearing them!

Aw thanks!! It really really really depends! I once worked on something that took as long as 17-20 hours while there was one that only took 2-3 hours. I think there are times where something takes control of me and I have an out of body experience while working on art. Then there are the pieces where I’m overthinking a lot and tend to do or redo rendering.

Aw gosh this is unbelievably kind of you to say! I do not have a patreon but I do have a ko-fi! Honest to goodness, I’ve never even thought about this sort of support before, as I never even fathomed id get to a point where I’d have the luxury of a kind following. But I do!! You all are so kind and sweet, I am so BLESSED to have such warm and loving people here with me.

Thank you so much for making characters in Indian Attire. It's really nice to see our culture go into other fandoms. Thank you so much. And your art is awesome. I hope I can see more genshin characters in Indian wear. Honestly I don't many people here(in India) who know much about genshin impact so seeing that I am not alone is really nice

As a beginner to art I am really interested in learning colour theory and light and shadow skills…..may I ask how did you study them ? And if there are any courses that helped you along the way ? Aw you’re really kind!! Thank you 🥹 in 100% honesty, I learn all I know from observing and studying other art styles. If there’s something specific I love, I end up bookmarking it or saving it to a folder called “drawing inspo” because it helps me form a vision for how I want my art to eventually look.
I’ve not taken any courses, it’s all been self study 🥹 it just bubbled down to years of practice, but I do have “how to draw” books from India to thank as my building blocks for lighting and shading.
I suggest building your own vision board, because then you’ll have something to look back to as a goal. ☺️
