😭 oh my GOD... the idea of roi and hikari meeting in modern au is so cute... roi going "i never thought temenos would bring a partner home!" (temenos, knowing roi never says anything he doesn't mean: 🧍) meanwhile hikari's family is like "HOW OLD did you say you were??" at least he has a nice mother i guess... jigo seems like the kind of father who's well meaning but not very close to his children and he seems generally approving of what hikari does but he does go a bit 🤨 when hikari brings temenos home... actually i wonder if they'd just try to hide their relationship completely, i'm sure temenos has good enough manners to impress them but it's a different story when he's Dating My Son fhshjdhf i'm imagining the first time hikari brings temenos over for dinner or something kura just winks at them while jigo/mugen are clueless just a bit confused... this is so cute but it's also making me realize the sharp contrast between their family dynamics 😦 bc even if kura was good to hikari it doesn't change the fact that her mere existence brought tension to the family... much to think about
