Noodles, salad and semanggi Surabaya ( traditional food from Surabaya. That is made from steamed clover leaves and served with a spicy peanut sauce.)

It actually kinda hard to tell since I am a foodie, but I could say the top tier is sate ayam madura, I like the sweet and legitness of saus kacang mixed with sambel kecap bawang rawit. I also like seafood really much, especially all about udang, lobster, or semacamnya. And my favourite fish are ikan bandeng and salmon.
