look at a lot of references for how other people have drawn them! notably they have massive heads and weird proportions, like having chubby + stubby arms and legs, but i think the proportions vary depending on what kind of chibi you want since there isn’t a strict way to draw them. drawing and learning from styles you like would be a helpful way to get better :)
