i recommended going on a hiatus, im personally on semi-hiatus rn and i feel a lot better than usual. its better to take a break from the internet for a while. all i do is talk to my friends on discord and scroll on tiktok, i dont rlly look at my other apps for rn or do any rentry related things and its def cleared my mind up
