Would you ever draw kirin Ganyu again or Ganyu as a cat similar to the ones you did with Furina, etc.? Ganyu is my favorite and I love the work you did of her before!

ouu ^_^ I could always take a crack at kirin ganyu again. I've been meaning to do some more genshin x mlp stufffs. i had a few more ganyu kirin sketches way back before my old laptop got fried ... i wouldve shown them otherwise . Sadness

hey U should be saving up anyway. Just my opinion. always good to save. But to answer your question: they are kind open right now to the 12 people who follow me on toyhouse i've just avoided updating my carrd or making a post on twitter to avoid an influx of requests. 🙋‍♂️ This guy is afraid. But don't worry I plan to keep them open for a while so nobody gets the dreaded FOMO.

I'm still trying to figure out a method than can involve all my clients since toyhouse is invite only ... (scratchscraxch) twitter comically unreliable but I am sure U already know this. plus I actually dont like doing it this way because I tend to get bombarded. same situation with opening posts really. And there's not a way I can realistically get around to everyone without avoiding burnout PLUS, PayPal puts my money in limbo if I earn too much in one go. LOL. will meditate on this

how do you make your expressions so vivid and lively? your poses are so dynamic and the colors you use are so soft but can also go dark in tint while maintaining this “glow(?)” (im not sure how to explain it) also your retro spring is so cute !

OMGA well first of all im flattered you even think any of this in the first place. thanks. i feel liek everything i draw is actually pretty flat and stiff most of the time. I have been trying to death grip my pen considerably less to let my lines flow a bit more freely & that is the only thing i can thinnk of :p ..

as for colors... my color choices are a lot less graceful without the 3+ gradient map layers on top of them. TBH. i like using a multiply layer to darken any pure white on the canvas (excluding the bg) which is likely why the colors look soft but the lines are usually high contrast. maybe thats what u mean ?
if enough ppl are interested i could probably post timelapses or a sc of my layers so you can see how i edit the art after i draw it
