kayraa how do u deal with exams??

okay so i actually deal with them so we ball here
first of all i never go to my lectures ✅ BUT i do catch up on the stuff at home bc im not actually dumb enough to skip and not do shit lol idk what exams r like where u study but here we have like,, nothing the entire semester and then a bunch of exams within like 2/3 weeks at the end. so what i do is just hit the library a few weeks before that period. and by hitting the library i mean actually going there as soon as it opens and leaving when it closes, literally just study the entire day. library might sound kinda nerdy idk but i prooooomise u its so much better than studying at home, at least if ur libraries have a somewhat nice vibe. im vouching hard for libraries really, u can just study there in complete silence, no distractions, and the best thing: there u know ur not the only one going thru it bc there's other students suffering the same fate as u yk. so go to the library to study !!!!!!! ofc if u do, dont forget to take like 10-20min breaks if u stay there long. and eat lol. what i do at the library then is just sum up the contents of each subject. like i go thru the presentations or whatever other stuff there is and write down the most important stuff. personally that's how i learn stuff best, by summing it up and writing it down, it's different for everyone tho i suppose. now the thing is just,,, at my uni the exams are in 99,9% of the subjects almost the exact same as the test exams that we get lol. so i also try my best to memorize those. write down a few of the answers on a cheatsheet when we're allowed to have one.
most importantly for exams tho is to keep ur cooool. ik im also always a bit stressed bc i wanna get the best results possible (obviously). but it's important to try to not stress too much and also take breaks when necessary. and as for the moment the actual exam takes place, shortly beforehand i dont look at my notes or whatever because personally that stresses me out again bc i start overthinking and stressing. like minutes before the exam i try not to think about it at all so my brain can do a fresh restart with all the information stored exactly where i put it while studying. another thing i always tell myself is "its gonna be fine, i did the best i could, i studied everything, there's nothing more i could have done" (obv thats not gonna work if u did NOT put ur entire being into studying, but if u did u have nothing to be afraid of or stressed about <3
i yapped so much lol jedkjdjs i hope it still somehow helped !!
