the semi recent asks on ppl claiming it's "infantilizing" to say haruka is being manipulated got me thinking and i just realized why else that take bothers me so much like. aside from the obvious fact that it's just a flat out bad take it also.... feels like it's subtly implying in some way that being manipulated is smth that only happens to children or childish people? which, putting it lightly, is kind of weird imo....
