• kiku was trained by tengus (especifically the great tengu of mount kurama)
• nyo!france used to wear her hair in very long braids during the period of the frankish kingdoms
• (those braids were cut by denmark)
• norway loves hiking and in general enjoys doing outdoor activities
• kiku loves dogs and cats equally.. but during the edo period he was a very intense dog person
• kiku used to practice magic during his childhood/early teens (the heian period) but then he got busy studying The Blade (became an actual full time samurai)
