Hello, I love your story and I have a question about the sirens transforming. Is the transformation always so intense like the first time they gained a human form or does changing becoming less intense for them.

Thanks for the question!! It's a very good one – with proper training, and a proper Kaulao, it can become easier, but it's still not the most pleasant of feelings. Just how easy the transformation is also largely depends on the siren itself and whether or not they /want/ to transform. If they have mental blocks, it can become harder for them.
