Chuuya is smart and, while his emotions and connections cloud his judgement of the bigger picture, I don’t think he’s entirely unaware of the mind games Mori is so fond of playing. I think he genuinely trusts Mori and finds fulfillment and stability in working for the port mafia (why I flip flop on “whether the pm is the best place for Chuuya or not?”)

It was also a bit of a salty comment about some people assuming because Chuuya is physically strong that he is immune to abusive dynamics since he holds the physical power. Chuuya is very weak to manipulation from the people he cares about (the sheep, mori, probably n at one point etc.) I feel like there’s always an interesting powerplay of dynamics going on with Chuuya and “power”
