for now, I’m focusing on a new sorta angsty/hurt/comfort fic which I’m really hoping I can share soon (the most recent wip I posted). I also really, reeeeally wanna work on hn jsvng is completely rizzless hehehehe mostly because it’s so much fun to play with. but after my lil angst adventure, I’ll be focusing on slickfest before I get back to him (and I loooooove my prompt omlll I think u guys are gonna froth it too 😈) but yeah!! I’m finally getting back into the swing of writing so I’m v v excited to share some more with u soon. I hope u love them when I do!! and thank u so much for ur message!! ♥️

aaaaa hi hiii sol!!!!!!!! oml SO MANY things have been bouncing around in my noggin, i'm honestly so so glad to be free from my essay so i can lock in more writing time eeeeee. i have a collection of wips ongoing rn but i think the ones i'll work on next are a chngjn interlude to the hazy days and a mnsvng princess bride au.

THEN, as for brainworms, i have a dark academia mnsvng fic cooking hehehehe the details are all just beginning to form in my head but i already know it's gonna be a loooong one hheheh so i hope everyone is keen for another big wip coming sooon. i also wanna try my hand at a lil more humourous sorta of fic (mnvng again) so we'll see which comes together first!!! <3

omlllll this is such a good question!!!!!! i feel like my answer is gonna be all over the place, but i've wanted to be a writer since i was about 5 so there's a lot to get through hehehe.

my first ever fave, fave, fave book is the outsiders by se hinton so i think that really got me started on the sort of stories and relationships i like to focus on. when i studied writing at uni i found a real love for hemingway and virginia woolf and oscar wilde. i also fell absolutely in loooove with the secret history by donna tartt and that really set me on my pretentious literature student path. i've also been reading a lot of trent dalton lately so there's a teeny shout out for an author a lil closer to home <3

AND FAVOURITE FICS ugh agshdjfhgda where do i even beginnnn. again, i've been reading fic for that many years now it's probably impossible to list all my faves, but i'll give a couple of shout outs (across all my ride or die fandoms, i hope that's okay). for the 1d fandom, i lived and breathed anything written by vashtaneradas, in the mdzs world I could read anything by occultings (microcomets), jo_laselle, and etymologyplayground over and over again. i also still fuck with the les mis fandom so hard, so lemme shout out tellthemstories, samyazaz, lady_ragnell, and sarahyyy.

And for skz!!!! (which is probably why u asked the question to begin with, heh) i'm always revisiting anything by aire (mntsnflrs), taotu, and adisadastra. they all write so beautifully, i get caught up every tiiime, but we've got so many talented writers in the fandom it's so hard to pick just a few!!!

trying to pick out a fave paragraph and sentence i've written is super hard too aghsdjhg heheh because i feel like i forget everything i've written as soon as i hit that 'post' button on ao3. but i did some trawling and here are some excerpts i'm expecially proud of:

-- :(((((( SAD. SO SAAD. I wrote that fic in like one slightly manic afternoon so i was expecting it to be very messy and haphazard, but even in spite of that, this teeny lil section makes my heart ache a little.

Chan gives Minho a very stern look, then says again, “They won’t do it again. The kitchen is a sacred, hook up free, space. And the pool.”

“Uh,” Jisung says.

Minho smiles sweet, saccharine.

“You horny fucks,” Jeongin says.

Chan looks a little winded by this new discovery, but he perseveres. “Okay, starting now, the kitchen and the pool are – intimacy free. Does everyone understand?”

“Yes, dad,” Minho sighs.

--writing ot8 just being goofy as a gang was one of my fave parts of this fic (outside of the minsung ofc!!) just letting them be silly and relaxing in each others company UGH it makes me so soft I LOVE THEM SMMMM.

It’s like the world falls into slow motion. The only things Minho can register are tiny things. The bob of Jisung’s throat as he tries to swallow. The confusion that clouds his eyes – or fuck, his eye, because he can really only open the one -- which almost floats around the room, as if he’s seeing none of it at all.

Then they return to Minho.

He blinks, slow and heavy.

Once.

Twice.

Then he says, his voice barely anything, barely a whisper, almost drowned out by the machines around him, “Hyung. You’re here.”
