Genuine question but are kinks heteronormative? Like I’d say I know about it, having grown up in a super borderline religious family in a super conservative country where gay marriage is not even close to be legalized. So kinks are something I came upon until I started accepting my queerness and spending time in queer spaces online because anything that breaks the norm is considered a deviation even heterosexual sexual practices like anal sex is considered dirty no matter if it’s between a man and a woman. So to say two men having sex is in any way heteronormative is just odd
