Showers. I got a showerhead that connects to the tub. So I can spritz myself in the face while I sit and bathe sometimes. Snaps me back into reality and shit. Sit there and just be thinking. It’s fire. Showers be effective enough though. Bath is effective too, just more leisure. More comfort. More soothing. Time-effective? Shower.
