i do both. i've been hurt a lot in the past, yet this wont hold me back from being happy. there's no need for me to hold onto the bad things. i just let go for my own health. i know that this might sound strange to some, but if an ex friend or ex lover decided to come back and truly apologize from the bottom of their heart for what they did to me in the past, i might even consider letting them back into my life. mainly because i am not fond of fights. but then again, baby steps. there's no need to rush.
