When I have something to wake up for, such as school, I'm definitely an early riser. However my peak hours are generally at night, since I'm able to focus on the things I care about w/o distractions!
I technically would rise at 7:30 after going to bed at 10 but my sleep schedule for the past few weeks has been out of wack. I'm trying to get back on track.
My peak hours are generally before 2 ish. Anything after is gonna slay me
it depends lmfao sometimes i sleep at 3 am and wake up at 8 am or i sleep at 1 am and wake up at 11 am. my peak tho? probably later on like around evening because im generally low energy so evening is my favourite and most chill time
