İ think most people would see them more as the enemies to lovers trope then and call it a day, i showed my brother a fanart of Cartman as a girl once and my brother randomly told me that if he was canonically a girl kyle and him would def date (i didnt even ship them at that moment
idk why but i think most of the ppl that hate on kyman are either homophobic or fatphobic
