Ik I am being a bad person right now but I really really need the complete fic - "lee know is the guru your heart needs" cause It's the only book I can re read over and over again, the only book which plays with my emotions so much.. honestly I just love the fic with my whole heart

it also ties in with innies biting tendencies. just imagine him biting and marking his boyfriends, like marking his territory. he’d be all shy abt it and his need to do it but he just can’t hold back sometimes and just sinks his teeth in. sometimes giving hickeys is too much so instead just biting down enough to leave a mark will do the trick.

You know, concerning that I'm most definitely not writing that, I'm doing an awful lot of thinking about it XD I just have a lot of love for alpha!Innie in general! But yes, the biting TOTALLY fits. Still thinking about how biting -> mating would work out (does it need to happen during heat/rut? during a full moon? some special ritual?). I imagine Chan and Changbin, who are both alphas and who have both been in relationships before, teaching Innie how to hold back / maybe something like Changbin showing him the tooth guard he used that kept him from accidentally biting+mating his ex-girlfriend... so many ideas!!

I know you're set on omega!Jisung, but can I just say: alpha!Jisung. The most clumsy alpha, stuttering mess around omega!Minho, cause let's be honest Minho'd hold all the power in that dynamic. The power omega!Minho would hold over this man who pretends to be all strong and tough with his alpha bro's.
To me this would also make the 3retcha dorm dynamics funnier with 3 alphas and Hyunjin. Hyunjin would have a field trip my god.

Ugh, anon, don't tempt me like that! I think in the context of the guruverse omega!Sung makes the most sense, but I absolutely agree with this interpretation as well ______ That's the interesting part of omegaverse to me, that depending on which part of their personality / interests you focus every designation makes sense for every member. Even more so if you write non-traditional omegaverse of course :)

ok ok hear me out 👻 all the reasons for omega!Minho could work if he's a beta but not the other way around
- power bottom - absolutely works, especially with accent on the "power", something betas aren't really supposed to have OR want over others, especially alphas.
- the other omegas are his babies - who feel super safe with him because, as you've said, he's not (as?) affected by their heats and can be there for them at all times!! he's their rock!!!
- pack luna - ok this one won't be a direct parallel, but having a designated pack beta, who's calm and reasonable when others aren't and can be their connecting link, is also super cool.
- Minho nesting with Changbin's clothes and pretending he isn't interested in Changbin at all - THIS was where you had me with omega!Minho tbh because ADORABLE but also consider: what if secondary gender is more of a spectrum and beta!Minho just happens to be a bit more sensitive to alpha pheromones than he "should" be. omega-leaning beta who is more likely to get induced heats than ruts and gets some typical omega impulses in those, including nesting. as a bonus, this could make for an interesting reinterpretation of the hyunho dynamic, with Hyunjin being worried that Minho cares about him but isn't actually INTO him, and Minho just taking a bit longer to fully feel non-alpha pheromones.
"Answering" this now even though it's been six months since you left me this great note, anon, I'm SO sorry. I find betas!2min especially interesting, actually, and I think Minho being the older beta / more in charge (?) opens up so many possibilities~

I'm not even all the way caught up on my own notes yet and honestly have no idea what I've teased at yet >.< But the next couple of chapters will have a lot more (and more explicit) MinBin and MinLix + friends, as well as more (but definitely not as explicit) SeungIn / HyunIn.

Innie getting punished by minho ahhh for ur fic where they text I'm a03!! The one with 80 chapters. Like cuz he's on a diet and he sometimes doesn't take care of himself cuz he overworks also he's been saying a lot of bad things about himself irl like how he's fat or chubby and needs to diet more or how he can't eat. It's actually super sad and no one really talks about it. Also he lost sm weight

I'm pretty sure I got the concept of influenced/triggered heats/ruts for betas from this fic: https://archiveofourown.org/works/31099799/chapters/76839263. I would basically mean that as a beta Minho could go into heat if the alpha he's with goes into rut, and if he's with an omega in heat he would go into rut. Of course there would also be some sort of suppressants / pheromone blockers to stop that from happening. I'm still thinking the concept through myself, but I think it would need extended exposure / bonds to trigger a heat/rut in a beta like this, since otherwise betas would be susceptible to every rutting alpha in the world and that just wouldn't make sense.

Nah, it would just mean that Minho can't keep telling himself that Chan is not special to him ;)

- betas who can have influenced/triggered heats or ruts depending on their partners (but also: beta!Minho who has no problems hanging around the omegas in heat because he's never had an influenced rut in his life, but then goes into an influenced heat the first time Chan goes into rut once they're together)
- kind of into beta!2min having the same role in the pack but being completely different

Hi !! I just want to share my thoughts about omeguruverse and the subgenders because I can't stop thinking about it !!
Innie would be so cute as an alpha, like a shy baby alpha, I love the idea so much T-T, but he could be a shy and cute beta too !!
I think Changbin should be an alpha too, because it would fit the ChangLix problems ofc, but also the bro relationship of Binchan who-don't-dare-to-kiss-each-other, because of their pride as alphas even though they crave it (especially Binnie). I imagine Minho as an omega as much as a beta actually, but him being an omega could be so.... like do you see the concept of "Luna" in a/b/o ? A Luna is a bit like an alpha in a pack... I see him so much as a Luna ??? But in his own way of course, because it's Minho...
For Seungmin I don't know... I see him as a beta or an alpha, both sound good for him T-T

I'm still SO torn on Minho. Pack Luna would make so much sense (and yes, I love that concept in fic too), especially since it mirrors the whole Chan as leader of the group / Minho as dance leader thing so well ___
I have another ask about this where I'm going to expand on why I think both omega and beta make sense for Minho in the guruverse.

So about the omeguruverse that you're totally not writing...
I'm absolutely on board with whatever decide, but I feel like we cannot just omit the possibility of omega!Changbin - I feel like that would still give enough ground for ChangLix's problems with having sex, but also just thinking about BinChan in this constellation .....................

Iiiiiif I would write the omeguruverse -- but remember that I'm totally not writing it and you can't prove that I am 🙈🙈🤣 -- it would be a sort of remix / "what if" AU. So yes, same verse, same storyline, but with the slight difference that they're all alphas/betas/omegas. I think it could be kind of cool! :)
