I took 4 naps today. Although it's better to have uninterrupted sleep, it was still pretty good since my mission partner prepared dinner when I woke up. Her food... is really something to look forward to.

May I know what do you do when you can't sleep at night?

It's relatively easy to sleep but I would suggest to take a nap every chance you get if you can't fall asleep at night. You could also look up at the stars while you're still awake.
