To be honest, it's been a long time since I’ve read, but I remember the last book that I’ve read, which is The 5 Second Rule. I liked it because it was not some deep, philosophical masterpiece, but it was stupidly simple and actually worked.

The book basically says that we overthink everything, and that tiny hesitation is what keeps us stuck. You know those moments when you want to do something, like get out of bed early or even speak up, but your brain talks you out of it? The book basically speaks to us to count backward from 5 and just go before doubt kicks in. Simple, tapi, bagus dan works for me.

Kalau sudah enggak ada kegiatan (re: kerja, main sama teman, main game, olahraga), biasanya saya tidur. Pingin coba nonton film/series baru just to killing time tapi terkadang malas. Kamu ada saran mungkin? Harus ngapain biar hidup semakin produktif? :]
