Hi ! I was having a bad day too, but then i wrote something in my journal today after months, and that made me feel a lot better.

i am sorry to hear you are having a bad day too :( i hope things turn out better for you by the end of the day. and journaling is a really good idea, i’d normally do that too but i am going through a writing block right now :( either way, i hope our day gets better 🫶🏼🎈
