hi I hope ur doing well. just wanna say I still love ur sungwon fic(totally not partial to bot hoon) - I’ve reread it too many times and brainrotted too hard on like possible sequels
if ur still writing I look forward to ur next work - otherwise I hope ur doing fine :3
heya!! i am still writing, but i’m also a senior in college rn which is unfortunately taking a lot of my time and energy :,) i’ve also considered possible sequels but haven’t found a plot that i think would work 100%, so if you have ideas i’d love to hear them!! thank you for loving my fic so much, it means the world 🥹
Congrats on finally finishing the sungwon vampire fic!!! I'm curious, are Heeseung and Jay portrayed as just sire-fledgling turned sour before fixing things? I can't help but pick up on undertones that maybe Jay looked at Heeseung the way Jake did, considering Jay's unquestionable loyalty.
thank you! and they’ve never been lovers, jay’s just always been that intensely loyal. exploring jay’s past (especially with just him and heeseung in the early days) is on my list of things to do, but the short version is that heeseung very much used isolation to his advantage with jay (who fought heeseung in the beginning like jungwon did but eventually broke), keeping him so sheltered away from the rest of the world to the point of jay’s thought process and opinions becoming exactly like heeseung’s; even after he learned about “normal vampire customs” years later, he’d been so warped by heeseung that he agreed with his Sire completely on his own. jake was much more willing right from the start because he was SO in love with heeseung and he’d do absolutely anything to for heeseung to continue loving him back. tldr; jay became “brainwashed” over time but was never in love with heeseung, loyal to a fault is just part of who he is.
