What is a theme or motif that you find yourself inadvertently put into the stories of your oc's, if any?

Probably parenthood. Family, or lack thereof. Finding salvation in giving life in place of one you lost

This was definitely unintentional but I realized that the core 4 of the NoMo OCs have a theme behind building. Switch is a hacker that build tech but also builds himself for a new start. Niki is an AI and thus build software while also building herself to find her humanity. Jettison has a robotic tail she regularly fixes and build tech, while also building herself back up from her trauma. And Beacon is a construction worker that builds buildings, but also builds a future career for himself. I didn’t realize this til Twiggy had one question in her server that got me connecting the dots. I may find a way to work it all in.

Noir Fiction. Every single character.

It's what put the "Noir" in Noir-Mobius, after all.

(yes I sent my own question to mysself)

For me personally, I tend to accidentally make a lot of my oc's motifs and themes focus around consequences. A lot of my characters stories are about them dealing with the aftermath of their decisions or actions on life, and it is entirely unintentional.

Another, as was pointed out by a friend, is that a lot of them also tend to revolver around prosthetics or cybernetics, a lot of them have some form of one or the other, whether it be a prosthetic arm, cybernetic enhancements, etc.
