I believe it was a onetime thing; it's convenient bcs they could calebrate both events warmly together since the dinner happened somewhere at the end of june :D Taeil actually had a vlive by himself exactly on his birthday and 127 had an online fanmeeting on the anniversary day in 2021 too!!
