not that i remember much of the details of the tournament itself but world cup 2006 (i remember rooting for france and then that thing happened lmfao) kinda got me interested in the sport but i didn't follow through until world cup 2010 where i rooted for spain and was so happy for them when they won. found out that the players on the team were barca and madrid and picked barca as my team. watched matches when i can but didn't really understand much (i.e, leagues, players, drama, etc) until recent times when i made more of an effort to bc i needed to invest my energy in something since haikyuu ended. so it's haikyuu's fault that i'm suffering as a barca fan really
