they become fathers to fur babies when they become boyfriends! ^_^ if you remember from panel 12 when jake was oversharing his fake life story, he introduced his “pets” daw na he has, which were ruki and kia !! jay made it possible to make something from his fake life story true, so he adopted a dog and a cat as a gift to jake for their first anniversary, and they decided to name it according to his story because the whole story of how they started is worthy of remembering to them :3
