who do you think reached out to who before dabi and hawks started talking
Ohhhhh intriguing!! Both are believable but I think Hawks seeked Dabi first. I think Dabi wouldn’t even conceive recruiting the Number Three hero at the time without Hawks prompting it first, trying to make him believe he wants out of the system!
