Yeas </3 Most of it is internal, or kinda, internal-external, like for ex. his parents don't know but that's less bc they'd have a problem with it and more because Tilly doesn't want them to know anything deep about him ever. Other than that it's a struggle of sometimes questioning aspects of his identity because he wasn't really able/willing to explore it for so long, and when she does, she struggles to due to insecurity and shyness. Leave it to him to live in the most fashion-chaotic, anything goes city behind Splatsville and still be like but if I am in a dress people will look at me weird :(

1. Does your oc celebrate Pride? How?

Only by getting dragged into it by others, not because he doesn't want to but because I think initially, he just doesn't think to? It's not something he really grew up around so she just kind of looks at it and is like "hmmm that's nice, I love that this city is so supportive, but that's for people who aren't me" with no logical reasoning for that train of thought. He's a little stupid. But I think my agent 4 or Lacey would drag him and Eight to a pride festival and they'd have fun, maybe she'd get something subtle like pins for a backpack or colored earrings, but he's just a lowkey person in general and prefers to quietly enjoy things/bask in the atmosphere.

1. What's your oc's gender identity? What's their relationship to their gender?
   YIPPEEEE OKAY SO Sinew. Sinew is very much a woman, and precise about how he presents and yet somehow laidback at the same time. He doesn't care abt looking particularly gendered either way except in that he has a very specific image of himself and how he wants to look. Like he knew he wanted a more traditionally feminine body but also still identifies with masculinity in a lot of ways, preferring he/him and compliments like handsome, etc. but not anything outright gendered like say, boyfriend or pretty boy. Also while he tends to dress fairly androygnously he still likes wearing more feminine garments like skirts, dresses, and likes feminine makeup at times, but likes to put a tomboyish flavor to it so it feels like it fully encompasses his identity.

2. How did your oc discover themself? Did something cause them to question, or did they always know?
   The very funny answer to this is he always felt something deeply off about himself (aside from the sort of, "broken machine" mentality the military gave him re: his disability) but in a "Im probably a girl but I have work tomorrow so I cant worry about that" way. Just always a vague thought and mild dissatisfaction in the back of his brain. It wasn't until he spent more time around other women outside of like, social events and flings and more everyday life that he was like...hmmm something about this feels right. I think one day he'd be chilling and be like yeah it's weird I always kind of felt like a girl but I still like he/him and being masculine haha isnt that bizarre, my mind is crazy. and Muzette would be like you know you can just be a woman who uses he/him right. And he goes :o

3. Do you share identity with any of your ocs? Which ones?
   I have several bisexuals in my lineup, Im guilty a bit of not thinking to make a character have another identity at times bc my brain just defaults to yaaaaaaay I like everyone lmao. But ngl Tilly is very much reflective of my particular flavor of genderfluid in a lot of ways, and in some ways the opposite or what I wish I was. It's not that deep though, I just find a lot of appeal in "boy-girl-thing" as someone who is a boy-girl-thing lol.

4. Do you prefer to give your ocs specific labels, or keep it unspecified? Why? If applicable, do you change their labels depending on circumstance?

I think everyone has specific labels because I just have very concrete ideas of what they are, and if a character was unlabelled it'd be because they themselves consider themselves unlabelled :")

Yes:
Tilly - birds still exist in spltn so....I think it'd be very cute if he had pigeons or doves, maybe even one she rescued
Eight - doesn't necessarily want one but would like it if Tilly brings in any <3 neutral but loves animals so fine either way
Muzette - she likes caring for things! Maybe something small....I forgot where my list of like splatoon pet equivelents is but I think they'd enjoy the splatoon version of a hamster or mice (maybe copepods in universe?)

No:
Ami - animals are animals to her, she doesn't want one
Sinew - has no issue with pets but doesn't think he has the time and responsibility for one atm, maybe some day!

Omg okay so this might not be super detailed bc uh. I don't drink either and dont know a lot abt them ^_^; ill try!

Tilly - black coffee, maybe a biiiit of creamer and sugar. Not picky or snotty about it, just part of the morning.
Eight - Same but a lot of creamer. Bitter stuff yucky....
Ami - neither LOL I almost answered alcohol but i prommy it's not that bad....i think shes a freak who would like flavored sparkling waters 🤮

Havent rlly been introduced here but still:
Muzette - herbal tea 100%!! Probably grows it herself. Likes sweeter ones like peppermint, but doesnt really add much to it in way of sweetners. A bit snobby about it.
Sinew - some god awful sugary latte abomination. Its for the flavor not the caffeine
