au gego self-sabotages
Suguru has a gothic style and self-sabotages by drinking alcohol and smoking(and getting tattoos??)
while Satoru has a cute style and self-sabotages by self-harming and getting into toxic relationships.
The first time they meet, Suguru thinks Satoru is just a spoiled rich boy who doesn't understand the suffering of others, but after he finds out that Satoru tried to commit suicide he visits him in the hospital and meets the sad version of Satoru, after that he promises never to see Satoru like that again and protects him with his own life.

since we’re all talking about pregnant satoru, i would love to see workplace gego au (ceo suguru, normal worker satoru) with it. can you imagine satoru is only like 2 months pregnant so he hasn’t gone on maternity leave but satoru keeps begging him not to work but satoru’s refuses saying he can still do things. but it’s suguru job to protect his wife and unborn child. so what does he do. only the obvious, threaten everyone in the entire office building that if they satoru lifts a finger around them they are fired. satoru didn’t know about this until he dropped a folder and before he could bend down to get it, 5 people rushed over to pick it up for him, 7 people offering to do his work for him, 3 different people offering to make the coffee for him or get sweets for him and satoru is annoyedd 😭
NO BC satoru would put two and two together sooner or later...one day he was carrying a small box that had a bigish stack of papers, but it was barely even considered heavy. one of thw workers saw him walking to his office and so they rushed over to open the door for him, with a smile...WRONG was supposed to take the box from his hands and carry it for satoru bc next thing u know, satoru is watching him sobbing as he walks out the building with his stuff in his hands...and one time someone did smth smth that wasnt a big deal to satoru but the person is on their knees begging satoru to pleasepleasepleaseplease dont tell suguru!! and now satoru is stomping into suguru's office

His hormonal ass is full on sobbing bc another mother is comfortable enough to have their babies in something that he and the love of his life had put together for their baby

Satoru who’s all set up for a c-section but the day before his water breaks and since his body’s as much of an overachiever as he is by the time they arrive at the hospital he has to deliver the baby naturally. Cue after chibi’s born and Satoru’s still ranting that suguru owes him big time and will now have to spoil him even more.
