main mod is pretty booked and busy with irl stuff for the foreseeable future but we would love to run a round two maybe next year! we don't want to do them too close together since the creation period is so long and we want to give other svt-themed events time to shine, too!

if and when we're ready for round two, we promise we'll let everyone know ;)

hello! i sent a request for a card a few weeks ago and wondering if you guys have started sending them out? i’m worried if my request didn’t come through ;-;

any requests that were sent before the beginning of march have had cards sent out, so if you requested a card before 3/1 and haven't gotten it, you can send us a dm or fill the form out again so we can make sure you get a card! :)

yes, that's totally fine! as long as each work uses at least one square from your card and is focused on a member of or pairing from svt, you're good! :)

we would generally consider them separate but related tropes - hybrid aus would have some element of human-animal hybrids. that could definitely be within a universe with secondary sexes, but it doesn't have to be. :)

hiii! i have the square "boarding school au", and I'd like to ask if it can be a university setting with dorms and them living there, or it needs to be a proper boarding school

Technically boarding schools are any school where the students also live, so do whatever you will with that :) if you feel like it meets the prompt, you're all good!

hi! i haven’t been able to add my fic to the seventeen bingo collection because it says the collection can’t be found. is there any way around this issue?

hi anon! the collection link is https://archiveofourown.org/collections/svtbingo01 - if you need to add an existing work, you can edit your fic and put 'svtbingo01' in the associations section. it might not autofill or show up in the auto-populating list, but if you put in svtbingo01 and hit enter, it will find the right collection even if it doesn't look like it! :)

Hi, I'm assuming that we can't mark off a square for an unrevealed work. To be clear, if the fic was posted today, for example, but won't be revealed as part of another fest until the end of December, do we have to wait until the end of December to claim that square?

yes, that's right. once the work is revealed you can claim those squares! :)

hello!! i was wondering if it is considered a "coffee shop au" if the place is just used as an ambiance? like none of the main characters work or own the place, they're just... there haha and meet in a coffee shop too, but it's only like a background scenario yk? i never wrote something for this trope so i was thinking if it's okay to mark this square on my bingo in this case. (sorry for the dumb question e.e anyway thanks!!)

hey anon! that's totally fine with us, and we may keep the ao3 collection open for late submissions for a period of time after this round ends but any works submitted after the round ends will not be eligible to earn points.
