You’re one of my favorite writers, and it’s been absolutely delightful reading the little snippets you’ve been posting these past few days. Your responses to the prompts and WIPs are so creative, and I’m amazed at how you create a little world in so few words that I would love to know more of each time.

Yangyang unceremoniously falls back onto his butt. Goo Guy sits up gingerly, scowling at his suit and shaking the gunk from his hands. The moment he notices Yangyang, Yangyang’s skin prickles all over. Goo Guy is a lot more good-looking awake than asleep, with wide, piercing eyes that gleam attractively in the moonlight. Yangyang straightens unconsciously, trying to make himself look as cool and unbothered as possible, and smiles, because Renjun had told him that was his best feature. Hey, you never know ‒ maybe Goo Guy will, like, thank him for saving his life. Then Yangyang will not only prove that he wasn’t seeing things, but also score a dinner date. Ha! Take that, Renjun!

Hendery jerks. “Huh?”
“You’re, like ‒ staring.”
“No, I’m not,” Hendery says, staring.
“Dude ‒ ” Yangyang thrusts a hand at him “ ‒ yes, you are!”
They make eye contact. A beat passes, and Hendery seems to realise that Yangyang has a point. He turns a delicate shade of pink and promptly slaps a hand over his eyes. After a moment, though, he peeks out between his fingers. Yangyang sighs.

Thanks for writing stories for all those prompts! I've been loving reading them and getting a chance to have some of my small ideas brought to life, too! I'll definitely be coming back to re-read them every so often as they're such vivid and enagging glimpses into what could be. Reaching the end of each one felt like I was holding my breath in anticipation of what happens next.
aw thank you for submitting prompts! i still have a few left and will slowly chip away at them, but yeah it was a really fun exercise to see how i could make 5 sentences work :) and it really did help, i managed to add another 500 words to an existing wip that i’ve been stuck on for ages! thank you for your kind words again ❤️

"It's just us," Dejun says, hushed, like Ten's not just an arm's length away, "who's gonna tell?"
Hindsight is twenty-twenty, and Ten knows that he was, truly, fucking blind.

Dejun slips into the space next to Ten, his grin as sharp as a shark's. "Like what you see?"
"Ungh," Ten says eloquently, and realises that he does.

Yangyang would like to state, unequivocally, that he does not have a thing for Kun — Kun, whose knees crack when he gets up from low seating, who unironically reads the news every morning on actual paper, who thinks ripped jeans will cause you to catch a cold faster.
Kun's hands, though.
He's fiddling with his camera, the fancy one with the massive lens, one of his hands wrapping easily around its girth, the veins and tendons of his hands standing out under the harsh light. Yangyang doesn't know how long he looks, imagining how Kun's hands might feel — on him, around him — but then they stop moving, and then — he looks up, and nearly has a heart attack when he meets Kun's gaze.
"What're you staring at?" Kun asks, a knowing glint in his eye, and, yeah, Yangyang kinda wants to die.

Kun had pitched Blind as the antithesis to all dating apps out there — profiles had no photos, so everyone was semi-forced to make an emotional-slash-intellectual connection first before (hopefully) meeting up, and liking what they saw. Yangyang was desperate enough to sign up as a beta tester, but not desperate enough to use his real name — he has, like, a reputation to uphold!
Unfortunately, the possibility that he's not the only one who used a fake name and profile does not occur to Yangyang until he walks into the cafe where he's supposed to meet his date Injun, and instead finds the object of his (unrequited) affections sitting there instead.
Renjun looks like he's about to throw up. "Wait — Rex is you?"

Ten had scoffed at his plan — you're a bright young man, Dejun-ah he had said in that scolding tone of his, surely there are better ways of attaining what you want.
Not when what Dejun wants is the boyish, oblivious, video game-obsessed finance executive who he sits across from in the bullpen, and who's now sitting right next to him on his living room sofa.
"Wait — you don't know how to play Mario Kart?" Hendery asks incredulously.
"No," Dejun lies, shaking his head demurely and looking up through his eyelashes, "teach me?"
And when Hendery wraps his large, steady hands around Dejun's where they're fumbling helplessly on the controller, a distant corner of Dejun's mind thinks smugly: take that, Ten.
