I dont know much about homestuck merch... But if i were to choose.... Not fucked up actually good plushies with a good face embroidery + acessories + 3 changes of clothes (reg, moon, godtier pjs)......... And medium size i guess, not small

Other things i had in mind while i was thinking:

Guess patches would be more realistic to mass produce... Patches are cool as hell

Homestuck home decor would be funny 🫡 stuck at home well here take a terezi themed lamp, tavros bed frame and dave shelf

But actually oh my god pinball and or homestuck arcade machines bro imagine, even like smaller versions that would be so funny and im talking fully functional and stuff
Gumball machines and everything gooooood.....
