Gyuhao au- mh goes into a coma and mg takes care of him everyday. Mh wakes up and decides to pretend to forget mg as a joke. Mh pretends for like 5 months but mg is getting more depressed. He eventually writes a suicide note (doesn't actually die just uses that as an escape. Also writes his feelings). Mh is distraught and can't cope that he caused this. 2 years later mh is doing a lot better and still thinks about mg a lot. He sees a silhouette that resembles mg and he's running to chase him. Would mg forgive mh for what happened? Will he disappear again? Did mg move on from mh?
