I hate how people judge proshippers when they don't even understand what proship really means. Not every goddamn proshipper is a pedophile? Most of us are TEENS ( and I haven't a teen who is a pedo either. ) with trauma. Some choose down this path to deal with their trauma, not everyone will choose this path. Its way of coping and way of recovery. I myself haven’t met a proshipper over the age of 18 +. We don’t share p/rn with anyone of any age either. That doesn’t mean darkships don’t do that. Proshippers don’t at all and will never do so. Proshipper literally means to not harass people over FICTIONAL ships and to accept them. We do not think they are sexy or a kink. If you think that you need to learn what anti-harassment means. People have switched the meanings of darkshipper with proshipping & water down the term. If you’re just anti-harassment. You aint gonna be when you see a person who ships incest… This is also not a whole justification? No one is telling you to go do it? We are just not harassing the people who are doing it. It's anti harassment, Learn the meaning of something before fucking hating on it.

"I don't like this, thus it shouldn't exist." This is quite frankly a very authoritarian take and. "This is disgusting to me thus if you like it you're a bad person" This is straight up puritanism!
I should mention that fiction does affect reality and if fiction does in fact affect you in some sort of heavy way. You should log off of your account and go outside or go see a therapist. Cause fiction shouldn't be affecting you that much at all. it would be crazy if it did ! If someone is weaponizing this term then you need to go to a therapist because that's not a proshipper, that's a really odd and strange person.
I also hate people that think every proshippers is a problematic shipper but that's mostly darkship and ppl using the wrong term. Comship ain't even bad , unless they tell you they are a dark-comship. Stop mixing labels up and such… & don’t be ignorant and miss what I am saying… Most proshippers and I don't have any harmful intentions nor are we uneducated. You are the one who is uneducated cause you’re using the watered down meaning of this term.
