I like it! I think its a clever use of the space where what was otherwise some chintzy second-hand Pizza Planet. It could certainly be better (its still standard theme park pizza fare) but I love the aesthetic and it makes sense. I definitely do agree that it could use more "Muppety" stuff in it though.
