i've only had buldak ramen Once and it was alright! it was carbonara flavour but we didn't have any cheese so it was hard for me to enjoy and eat 😅 i don't do well with spicy things, but i'm training myself to be better by literally microdosing how much spicy stuff i eat lol. i know i like some gochujang sauce on things! and i prefer radish kimchi to the regular lettuce kimchi for some reason. i do reeeeeally wanna try more mild versions of buldak ramen if i can, but it's hard to come by in the first place where i live anyways
