What are some characters you think could use a few dozen, hundred, or thousand extra pounds?

If the character is painfully skinny, especially if their default outfit shows off their tummy, then they need fattening ASAP. Off the top of my head, Ruka from Steins Gate. So scrawny, they need to be utterly spoiled.
