hello !!! i wanted to say i love your writing its such an inspo to me :> i was wondering if theres any particular workflow you follow? i wanted to start writing but its kind of overwhelming and im never really sure where to start so i thought id ask.. i hope youre having a good day/night!!!!! thank you for sharing your works with us :3
hello!! i'm very flattered to hear this, tho i am kind of chaotic when i'm writing haha. not sure if you were the same anon as the last question, but i answered something like this in this post: https://x.com/tinylethologica/status/1815219674101039289
i totally understanding the overwhelming feeling though—what i find helpful is to revisit the initial idea that made you excited to write in the first place. for me, that's looking at for example, a specific scene that i really want to write or the characterization that i want to portray. as for where to start, you could start at any random scene or you can start in chronological order. what i usually do is write a skeletal form of random scenes i had as inspiration, then build on that either by fleshing it out or brainstorming other pivotal scenes in the storyline. the hardest thing for me is to start tbh but once you do, it gets a lot easier and i can't stop lol. wishing you luck with your own writing!!
