omg omg okay okay

in all honesty, as much as i like the better animation that came from nickelodeon and rainbow partnering, that was the shows downfall.

nick kept regressing the show and it was horrible. season 5 was basically a repeat of season 3 themes.. like tecna struggling with her emotions, the bloom sky diaspro bs. sirenix and harmonix were handled mediocre - ly. season five was a missed opportunity and i wish it actually carried on with the girls as adults instead of taking them back to school.

there's lots of stuff i liked, but things could be better. roxy should have became more important and i wanted to see bloom continue as a sister figure / mentor to her. we should have seen the girls doing guardian fairy things. the bloom sky plotline would have been more interesting if it was more focused on them and their respective kingdoms and what would happen if they married etc.

daphne should have stayed dead or they let aisha have nabu back. the flora helia plotline was weird and ooc and it should have been a sapphic polyam arc for flora. tecna's story arc should have been related to something else. why did they have so many parties. musa and stella deserved interesting plotline s.

why did they get rid of the matriarchy on andros? tritanus was a lame villian. i actually liked the idea of sirenix being cursed. like i didn't mind the retcon. it should have made sirenix harder to use or smth. the curse being lifted should have let daphne finally die cause in season 6 shes just a dictionary who marries her sisters boyfriends cousin lmao. the trix felt like they were trying to recreate how they were with valtor but failed.

i wish we got more world building and lore in season 6 and the legendarium was the perfect opportunity but they were lame and made it all about earth. selena was underwhelming and a lame villain. missed opportunity especially with bloom. she also should have had a sapphic arc but with betrayal. ascheron was irrelevant. eldora wasn't used well. personally someone should have died. bloomix was another missed opportunity. the legendarium rules always changed or were straight up contradicted by the show.

nick ruined the show tbh and it should have ended after season 4 or something
